We’re pleased to offer exclusive airfare discounts for conference attendees through our official airline partners.

Air Canada discount code is now available and can be used when booking eligible flights to attend the conference. Please refer to the booking details below to access these special rates.

  • The travel period begins Monday, September 27, 2027, and ends Friday, October 15, 2027.
  • Travel is valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
  • For North America’ 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel’ 10% on standard fares & higher. 12% discount on Business Class fares (exception: 5% on the lowest Business Class).

Don’t Forget to Book Your Hotel

Once you’ve booked your flights, we encourage you to reserve your accommodation as soon as possible. Conference room block and special delegate rates are available at our official conference hotel, but availability is limited and rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booking early is the best way to secure your preferred hotel and take advantage of the exclusive conference rates before they sell out or expire.
